The documents listed below are commonly required. Exact requirements may differ depending on the loan product you apply for and your employment type.
Identity document
A certified copy of your Namibian ID or valid passport. Must be clear and not expired.

Your latest payslip (not older than 3 months). Self-employed applicants may provide financial statements or tax returns.

Three most recent months of bank statements from your primary salary account. Must show your name and account number.

A utility bill, lease agreement, or municipal account not older than 3 months showing your current residential address.

A letter from your employer confirming your employment status, position, and salary. Should be on company letterhead.

- Ensure all text is clearly readable and not blurry.
- Upload colour scans or photos where possible.
- Do not crop, edit, or obscure any part of the document.
- Each file must be under 10 MB in size.
- PDF format is preferred for bank statements.
